To order from this site, customers must be at least 18 years of age.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  Refunds are only given if the product has not yet been sent.

We use Paypal and wire transfer as our current payment options. Customers can use credit cards through Paypal.

All our prices are in Euros. For EUR to USD conversions, http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert/?Amount=1&From=EUR&To=USD can be used.

Larger orders may be split at our discretion.

Shipping takes about a week within the EU, and about two outside. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

We take no responsibility for any product lost or damaged during shipment.

We take no responsibility for shipments lost or confiscated by customs or any other authorities, and we do not refund or replace confiscated orders.
