What options do you have for payment?
We accept payment via PayPal and wire transfer only.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
If you made a mistake on your order, please mail us as soon as possible. If we have not sent it yet, we will cancel it and give you your money back.
I don’t want your product any more, can I return it for a refund or credit?
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Since we cannot certify the purity of the product in case of a return, we are unable to sell it again.

What's the legal status of your products?
Everything we sell is legal worldwide as of today (2012-12-24).
Do you offer free samples?
No. But we recommend first time customers to buy the smallest amount of our product for testing.
I want to purchase large amounts of one or more of your products (a considerably larger amount than the biggest product size available on your site). Can you offer me a better price?

Frequently asked questions – Shipping
How is the product packed for shipping?
All our products are put into ziploc bags, then shipped in a bubble-pack or standard envelope depending on the product ordered. The outside of the shipping envelope contains no reference to the items it contains. Large orders may be split into several envelopes which will be sent on non-consecutive days.
Do I have to sign for my shipment when I receive it?
No. Regular air mail does not require a signature.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is included in the product price.
Are there any other shipping options?
Where is my tracking number?
There is no tracking number available for unregistered air mail.
I ordered last week, yet my shipment is nowhere to be found?
Please wait at least 2 weeks before contacting us if your shipment has not arrived.
